What we collect
When you request the readiness checklist we collect your work email address and, if you provide them, your name and company. When you complete the assessment we also collect the answers you submit about your operations, systems and goals.
How we use it
We use your details to send the checklist you requested, to prepare your automation opportunity review, and to follow up about that review. If you tick the marketing consent box, we may also send occasional insights and service updates.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You can also ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Storage and sharing
Your information is stored securely and is used only to deliver the services described above. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep your data
Assessment answers are kept for 12 months from the date you submit them so we can prepare and follow up on your review. After that period they are deleted automatically. Lead details are kept for the same period unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
